bat66 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bat66 website at bat66.app and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and the cashier ("Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. bat66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. bat66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and standard BDT bank transfer. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bat66 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same bat66 account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protects both the player and bat66.
• bat66 will process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• bat66 does not charge a fee for processing deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by your payment provider are beyond bat66's control and are your responsibility.
• bat66 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, including but not limited to source-of-funds verification, if bat66 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

All player funds held in bat66 account balances are maintained separately from bat66's operational funds. bat66 does not use player funds for operational purposes.

bat66 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been met in full on real-money wagers.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under your own details or those of another person.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or falsified payment credentials or identity documents.
• Employing any software, algorithm, bot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents bat66's systems.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other activity that breaches applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bat66 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

bat66 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bat66 may take immediate action without advance notice, including suspending access, withholding withdrawal requests, and permanently closing the account.

All content on the bat66 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface elements, and audio-visual material, is the property of bat66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform.

bat66 and its associated logos, trade names, and service marks are proprietary marks of bat66. You may not use any bat66 mark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent from bat66. Any unauthorised use of bat66 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat66 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its content. Without limiting the foregoing, bat66 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including disruptions caused by network failures, server maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses attributable to unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable precautions.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bat66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Decisions made by game software governed by certified RNG systems. All game results are final once the round is complete and the result is confirmed by the Platform.

Upon permanent account closure, bat66 will return any verified, unencumbered account balance to the account holder's registered payment method, provided the funds are not subject to an active investigation or legal hold. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

bat66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — bat66 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or formatting updates), bat66 may update these Terms without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform. bat66 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
